CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW CRITIQUE

JUDGE:   MR BOB SILLENCE (UK)

Firstly, congratulations to the officers, committee and helpers on running such an efficient and enjoyable show and congress. Secondly, thanks on behalf of Marlene and myself for your wonderful hospitality which helped make it a truly memorable occasion.

Now to the dogs. I found the quality to be very high. Neck and shoulders overall were very good, fronts were excellent, quarters generally were well angulated and movement in the majority was sound.

Things to watch: tail-sets in some were not good and something which seems to be creeping into many countries is long couplings. Eye colour also needs careful watching.
