Canine Hip and Elbow Dysplasia Scheme (CHEDS)

 

Until February 2016 the Scheme was a partnership between ANKC Ltd and the Australian Veterinary Association, since that time the ANKC has been the sole manager of the scheme with a panel of Radiologists under the leadership of Dr Roger Lavelle.

All submissions will be sent directly from the Veterinarian taking the x-rays to a member of the ANKC Ltd Radiologists Panel.

[April 2018: The Report form has been updated to bring it in line with the BVA/Kennel Club HD/ED Scheme which allows for Radiographs to be taken under heavy sedation.]
